Living Longer, Living Stronger

This strength training program can improve bone density, help control diabetes, prevent osteoporosis and provide a sense of well-being and greater health. Aimed at participants 50+ years' young. New participants are required to complete the introductory session before they are able to enrol into a term class. All students are required to provide Yarrunga Community Centre with a current medical certificate – forms can be collected from the office. Fee: $84.00
