Living Longer Living Stronger

Strength training exercises can combat the weakness and frailty often associated with getting older. These exercises build muscle, preserve bone density, reduce the risk of osteoporosis and other chronic diseases, and may also improve sleep and a sense of wellbeing. These classes are specifically aimed at participants 50 years+. All new participants must provide a current medical certificate – forms are available from the office. New participants are required to complete the introductory session.
