Mindfulness and Meditation

Helen introduces 'mindfulness' techniques to integrate the Art of Meditation into daily living. A time to relax, reconnect and regenerate to bring more balance and deep peace to one’s life. Meditation is also associated with faster information processing, greater attentional focus, working memory, creativity and cognitive flexibility. This class is most suited to people who suffer from work or other forms of stress, tiredness and anxiety.Cost: $100 for the 10 week term.
